Warranty Coverage

● All products purchased from Elite Armor Case come with a 360‑day limited warranty.

● The warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or workmanship issues such as material breakage, frame deformation, or MagSafe ring detachment.

● If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

● If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

● Damage caused by misuse, intentional abuse, or accidents (e.g., severe drops beyond normal use, intentional exposure to chemicals).

● Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, scuffs, fading edges, or colour change from use.

● Products used with unauthorised accessories or modifications not recommended by Elite Armor Case.

● Loss or theft of the product.

● Customised or personalised items (if the product page states that customisation voids the guarantee).

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email support@elitearmorcase.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide Evidence: Photos or videos may be requested to verify the defect.

  3. Return the Item: If required, ship the product back to us following the instructions provided by our support team. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.

  4. Resolution: Once inspected, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund according to the warranty terms. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account.

Warranty Period

● The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

● Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original 360‑day warranty period.

● After this period, standard commercial warranties and service policies apply.

Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand retain all mandatory rights under their local consumer laws.

Changes to the Warranty

Elite Armor Case reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time. The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase applies.
